Both My Dashboard and Team Dashboard now show insights extracted from the data points collected:
- Employees at risk: identifying employees that show signals of unhappiness and could be at risk of churning
- Perceived top performers: who are the employees that are perceived by other employees as top performers
- Values deviation: what are the employees that score higher and lower in values
- Team pulse / My pulse: identifying worrisome behaviours that can be alarming to the manager(s)
