Include a filter for Open to Work in candidate search results.

The ability to create a signature in outgoing emails with options on colour, font, font size.

The ability the choose at least 1-3 fonts and 1-3 font sizes. At the moment Arial 12 is the default.

When I connect my ATS, I want to identify the candidates I have in my ATS in every Search on FidForward, as well as enrich them with the contacts available on the ATS. This will allow a personalized outreach.

LinkedIn is not great at company information, integrate on Crunchbase/Pitchbook/DealRoom.

Mainly gender & ethnicity.
