Looks like candidates taglines are pulled and put into the "Title" column. Would be helpful for cleanup purposes if just the title from their current position (or last if not currently working) is used so there's less clean up to do.

Jodi Cohen, thanks for the feedback.
The Title is quite unreliable to be extracted with precision, as the language may vary significantly and affect the parsing. I would rely on Excel formulas instead.
